2. Terms of use


When the customer orders from this website, he undertakes to:

   1. Use this website only for valid orders.

   2. Will not make fake orders.

   3. Fill in personal information truthfully and accurately.

   4. Read and accept the Terms of Use and Rules for data protection and the Use of Cookies.


Any person over the age of 18, who agrees to the terms of use, can place an order on this website.

All product and delivery prices are expressed in euro (EUR).

3. Creating a user account


The content of the website is available to registered and unregistered users. The customer can create a user account if he is over the legal age. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the personal data entered when creating the user account.

If there is a change in personal data entered by the customer when creating the user account, the customer is obliged to update it on his user profile or notify the company via email. The customer is responsible for all actions and orders made under his user account. If the customer doubts his password is secure, he can contact the company via email at for instructions on changing the password. If there is a suspicion of a security breach, Booster Ltd. has the right to ask the customer to change the password or block the user account.

The customer can register on the web home page or when entering information in the shopping cart.

4. Contract conclusion procedure


The content of the website is available in Croatian and English. The official language for concluding sales contracts is Croatian, and Croatian law applies. Buying through the website is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The customer can order the product as a registered user or as a guest by following the ordering procedure on the website. The customer will receive a mail with information of the completed order, which concludes the contract between the customer and Booster Ltd.


If the customer has not received an order confirmation e-mail after placing an order on the website, he can contact Booster Ltd. by phone or e-mail to check whether the order has been received. The stock level indicated on the website may differ from the actual stock level. Booster Ltd. is obliged to inform the customer about the impossibility of delivering the product and to propose a replacement product, cancel the customer’s order, or offer an alternative solution. In the event of the impossibility of delivery, Booster Ltd. will compensate the customer for the amount that has been paid.


Booster Ltd. shall not be liable to the customer or any third party for removing the product from the website, modifying the contract, or not processing the order after the customer has received the order confirmation to his email address. The product(s) that the customer has added to the cart are not reserved, and their stock is subject to change.

If the buyer is a legal entity, it is necessary to fill in the company and VAT number fields when entering data into the form (only for legal entities).

It is not possible to confirm the order before accepting the privacy policy and terms of use.

5. Prices and billing


Product prices will be listed on the website at all times, except in the event of a system error.
Booster Ltd. tries to ensure that the prices displayed on the website are correct, but does not exclude the possibility of errors.

The prices on the website include tax but do not include the shipping cost, which is calculated at the very end of the ordering process. Prices may change at any time, however, changes will not affect orders for which the customer has received a confirmation.

Once the customer has selected all the desired products, they will be added to the cart. The next step is to process the order and execute the payment.


The customer can pay for the product in one of the following ways: 

   1. Payment by Internet banking - the customer receives the information needed to make the payment by email. The order delivery process starts when Booster Ltd. records the payment.

   2. Payment by credit and debit cards - authorization of payments are made automatically through the WPS system. In the event of an unsuccessful payment authorization procedure, the order processing will be stopped.

   3. Payment with cryptocurrencies - payment authorization is done through the PayCek system.

   4. Payment by PayPal.

   5. Payment with the KEKS Pay.

6. Delivery


Booster Ltd. is obliged to send the received and paid order within five working days from the date of confirmation of the order received by the customer to the e-mail address. Except in the case of ordering a virtual gift voucher that Booster Ltd. sent by e-mail on the desired date, i.e., after recorded payment.


Delivery is possible to the Republic of Croatia, states that are members of the European Union, and neighboring countries that are not members of the European Union (Montenegro, Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina). The delivery time and the price depend on the country in which the customer is located.

The cost of delivery of the order is borne by the customer.
Depending on the amount of the order and the country of delivery, free shipping applies to retail sales.

7.3 Delivery to neighboring countries - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, and Serbia  


Delivery service provided by Booster Ltd. is used for delivery to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, and Serbia by GLS Ltd./Post. For all orders over 298.63 EUR, delivery is free. The customer can view more detailed information on the official website of the delivery service For the customer, there is the possibility of additional charge and settlement of all associated costs, regardless of whether the package has been cleared for export or not. For additional information, it is necessary to call the customs service.

7.4 Delivery to other European countries  



8. Damaged shipment


The buyer is obliged to open the damaged shipment (visible traces of opening) in front of the delivery person and check the contents of the shipment. If the shipment is not complete, the customer can refuse to pick up the order and contact Booster Ltd.

9. Transfer of risk and ownership of the product  


The product becomes the ownership and responsibility of the customer from the moment of collection and full payment of the order. 

10. Refund rules and unilateral termination of the contract 


Products purchased on the website can be returned within 14 days from the date when the goods were collected from the delivery person or in person, without giving a reason, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 117/2022) (Article 81, Paragraph 6. NN 19/22) (Article 38, paragraph 3, NN 66/19).

The customer can send the products to the address: Booster Ltd., Kanalska ulica 2G, 10250 Lučko. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. To return the goods, the buyer must attach the original and completed receipt to the product and fill out the cancellation form (

10.1 Calculation of the deadline for unilateral termination of the contract


You can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. In order to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must notify us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiration of the term by an unequivocal statement sent by mail or by electronic mail, in which you will state your name and surname, address, telephone number, or e-mail address, and you can also use the attached sample form for unilateral termination of the contract.
The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract were handed over to you or to a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier.

10.2 Refund of the paid amount


If you unilaterally terminate the agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including delivery costs (unless you have chosen a different type of delivery that is not the cheapest standard delivery that Booster Ltd. offered.), without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we received the products.
The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment. In the event that you agree to another way of returning the amount paid, you do not bear any costs in relation to the return.
We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us.

10.3 Return of goods


Return the goods to the address: Booster Ltd., Remetinečki gaj 27A, 10000 Zagreb, by post, without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you sent us the decision to unilaterally terminate the contract.

10.4 Costs of returning goods


You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself.

10.5 Consumer responsibility for the reduction of the value of the goods


You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. In the event that the value of the goods is reduced by the consumer, Booster Ltd. will reduce the amount of the refund related to the damaged goods according to the estimate. It is considered that the customer is aware of the right to unilateral termination of the contract based on his confirmation that he accepts the privacy policy and terms of use.

You can electronically fill out and send a copy of the form for unilateral termination of the contract. We will send you a confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by email without delay.

11. Return of the defective product


Booster Ltd. is responsible for material defects of delivered products that become apparent within two years of the sale of the product. Booster Ltd. is responsible for material defects of used products that appear within one year of the sale of the used product. If the customer believes that the product he bought is not correct, he must notify Booster Ltd. without delay. by email at or by calling +385 91 247 0000.

Booster Ltd. will only accept product complaints that are accompanied by an original invoice proving that the products were purchased from the Booster store or website. Booster Ltd. will inspect the returned product in detail and inform the customer about the possibility of replacing the product with the correct one or about returning the amount paid. The refund or replacement of the product will be made within 14 days from the day Booster Ltd. informed the customer.

12. Product exchange


Product exchange is not possible for orders made outside the Republic of Croatia.


13. Loyalty Program


Booster Ltd. provides customers with greater benefits if they become members of the loyalty program. By collecting reward points, the customer gets a discount on the order. For every 1 EUR spent, the customer earns 1 point, equivalent to 0.010 EUR.
By registering on the website, the customer becomes a member of the Booster Club. To register, Booster Ltd. awards 10 reward points.

For every review that a customer writes for a product he bought 30 days ago only through the webshop, Booster Ltd. awards 50 reward points, equivalent to EUR 0.5.

With points earned, the customer can reduce the total amount of the bill when placing an order. Reward points are not applied to the shipping amount. The customer himself determines the number of reward points he wants to use to reduce the amount of the order. The customer can use reward points only for shopping through the website and when he is logged into his own user account. To use reward points, the buyer should check the use points option in the final step of ordering and enter the desired number of points.
Reward points cannot be exchanged for money or transferred from one user account to another. No new reward points are awarded for an order in which reward points are used to reduce the amount. In the case of cancellation of the order or return of products from the order, the amount of which has been reduced by the use of reward points, they are not returned to the customer's user account.

Award points awarded for an order that the customer refuses to take over or uses the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, are deducted from the customer's user account.
Booster Ltd. reserves the right to assign or withdraw points at any time without prior notice.
The processing of personal data entered by the customer during the process of creating a user account will be in accordance with the rules on the protection of personal data and privacy.

14. Intellectual Property


The content of the website owned by Booster Ltd. is protected. All content on the website, photos, and other intellectual property rights belong to Booster Ltd. or partners to whom Booster Ltd. has issued a license for use.
Use of the content of the website on other websites that are not owned by Booster Ltd. is prohibited, as well as copying, publishing, public performance, or distribution of content without the permission of Booster Ltd.
Photos of all products are only illustrative, and may not always match the actual products in all details. Considering the possibility of individual monitor adjustment, and differences in color perception by the human eye, etc., Booster Ltd. cannot guarantee the complete conformity of the colors of its products with the colors as seen by customers on their monitor screens.

15. Written objection


The customer can send a written complaint to the email address or by mail to the address Remetinečki gaj 27A, 10000 Zagreb in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on Customer Protection.
When submitting a complaint that was not sent by email, it is important to provide correct information about the name and address so that Booster Ltd. is able to submit an answer within the legal deadline.
Response to customer complaint Booster Ltd. must send it in writing no later than 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.

If the customer is a legal entity, the consumer protection rules prescribed in these Terms of Use and the Consumer Protection Act do not apply.

16.  Dispute Resolution


In the event of a possible dispute, Booster Ltd. and the buyer will try to resolve the dispute amicably. If it is not possible to resolve the dispute amicably, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia is competent in terms of actual and local jurisdiction, applying Croatian law, unless the applicable regulations stipulate otherwise. The resolution of disputes is possible before the Court of Honor of the HGK or other centers for conciliation. Consumer disputes can be resolved via the ODR platform of the European Commission Online dispute resolution and the European Commission.
